In an earlier blog post (http://bit.ly/boDSeK), I ranted about the misuse of apostrophes to pluralize words. Thanks to @GRAMMARHULK on Twitter, I've learned that the phenomena is called the grocer's (or grocers' (ha!)) apostrophe. Apple's, orange's, lemon's.... Apparently, the phenomena is so pervasive, it's earned a name. Hopefully, it won't earn "accepted usage" status.
